La Loba is the essence of she who is fierce and untamable, she who is steady and wise. In this prenatal movement class, La Loba teaches us to focus on pregnancy as a catalyst for pleasure and embodiment. We aim to follow our intuition as we learn to trust our body's sacred knowledge. By entering this liminal, radical space, we are able to stay grounded in our whole selves as we prepare to birth and mother the new life within. Look forward to gaining:
- Strength, flexibility, and a suppleness to all muscles especially those in the hips and pelvic floor.
- Guidance and practice integrating your sexual health into pregnancy and parenthood. Knowlege and skills to work with your body during labor, birth, and the postpartum period.
- Increased trust in your own process.
- Connection to other expecting moms including your instructor who is pregnant with her second child!
